RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND
HAVE A MASTERCARD OR VISA CREDIT CARD IN THEIR NAME
PARKING POLICY
- Limit of ONE VEHICLE per campsite, all others must be parked in overflow area beyond pool
- All visitors must park in OVERFLOW AREA beyond pool
PET POLICY
Pet(s) in Camping Cabin Agreement
- A charge of $10 PER PET – (PER DAY) will be added to registration fee
- Guest agrees the pet(s) will not be allowed in any campground building, in hot tub, or swimming pool
- Guest agrees the pet will be kept leashed outdoors for the safety of the pet from wildlife, and safety of neighbors and other guests on the property
- Guest agrees to clean up after their pet both inside and outside
- Any excessive cleaning due to pet, or damage caused by pet will be charged to Guest’s credit card. Minimum cleaning charge $50
- No pets will be allowed on the property that have a history of property damage or harming people or other pets
- All pets must be current on vaccinations
- Only Guest’s pet(s) is (are) allowed in Camping Cabin. Visitors may not bring pets to Shenandoah Valley Campground
- Guest agrees to keep their pet under control at all times, so that the pet does not disturb other guests or neighbors
- Guest agrees they will not leave their pet unattended outdoors and will not allow pet to bark continuously outdoors or indoors which disturbs neighbors
- Guest agrees to keep the pet with them while away from the cabin for long periods during the day or at night
- Guest assumes any and all liability for any damage pet causes, or harm pet causes to Shenandoah Valley Campground
- Guest agrees to hold Shenandoah Valley Campground harmless for any damage or injury their pet causes others. Shenandoah Valley Campground recommends Guest obtain renter’s insurance that covers pets
- Approval of the pet is conditioned on Guest’s continued compliance with this policy.

SMOKING POLICY
- Absolutely NO SMOKING (to include vaping and other electronic smoking devices) in Camping Cabins
- A fee of $50 will be charged on Renter’s credit card for any INFRINGEMENT
DAMAGE POLICY
- ANY DAMAGE TO CAMPING CABIN WILL RESULT IN CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS PLUS $50 PER HOUR LABOR CHARGES
CHECK-IN TIME & CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-in is 2:00 pm Check-out is 12:00 noon
- EARLY ARRIVAL – Before 2:00pm – $10
Fee allows you to arrive anytime after 9:00 am and enjoy the amenities and facilities, does not allow you to occupy Camping Cabin early - LATE CHECK-OUT – After 12:00 noon – $10 fee
Must vacate Camping Cabin so housekeeping can ready it for next Renter.
Fee allows you to stay on Campground property until 5:00 pm and enjoy the amenities and facilities, does not allow you to occupy Camping Cabin after 12:00 noon
CHECK OUT POLICY
- Camping Cabins must be left NEAT AND CLEAN, AS YOU FOUND IT, INSIDE AND OUT
- A minimum $50 CLEANING FEE will be charged on Renter’s credit card for any INFRINGEMENT
PLEASE NOTE
- Subleasing Camping Cabins is not allowed
- Campground rules and regulations apply at all times while on Campground property
- No refund will be given if Renter refuses to follow Campground rules and regulations and must be asked to leave early
