2022 Camper Storage Policy
Please read and note changes


$40 – Per Storage Month

  • $3 Per night camped will go toward your winter storage (November – February)
  • First and Last Month are Prorated.
  • Credit Card number must be left on file with us
  • Credit Cards will automatically be charged
  • Must sign a Recurring Payment Authorization Form
  • Must sign a Camper Storage Agreement Form
  • Camper must be stored in movable condition (No jacks)
  • We reserve the right to move your camper to mow, etc

SAVE 10%

Prepay for your total winter’s storage fee by the end of October & save 10%


STORE YOUR CAMPER FREE

Camp 28 nights or more during the year and store your camper FREE for the months of NOVEMBER through MARCH


TOWING FEES

  • $0 –You tow to/from storage area
  • $15 – We tow from storage area to campsite
  • $15 – We tow from full hook-up campsite to storage area
  • $15 – We tow from non-full hook-up campsite to storage area if dumping is not necessary
  • $20 – We tow from non-full hook-up campsite to storage area which includes dumping septic tank

  • While your camper is in storage, Shenandoah Valley Campground shall have no liability for any loss or damage to the camper for any cause whatsoever; including, but not limited to: theft, fire, snow, hail, windstorm, flood, the malicious or negligent acts of third persons. It is an express condition of this agreement that you shall bear all risk of loss or damage to your camper from any cause. Shenandoah Valley Campground urges you to carry adequate insurance on your camper for property damage (including, but not limited to: theft, fire, snow, hail, windstorm, flood, the malicious or negligent acts of third persons). Failure to carry adequate insurance imposes no liability or obligation upon Shenandoah Valley Campground
  • Please understand that you may request that Shenandoah Valley Campground move your camper to/from storage to/from campsites. While Shenandoah Valley Campground may provide this service, you understand that Shenandoah Valley Campground is not responsible for any damage claims to person or property resulting from Shenandoah Valley Campground moving your camper. You understand that you must have your own insurance for any such damage claims and you hereby agree to hold Shenandoah Valley Campground harmless from any claims or causes of action in any way related to my requesting Shenandoah Valley Campground to move your camper
