General Terms
- No personal checks will be accepted
- The person registered will be responsible for the condition of the site/camping cabin/on-site rental camper
- Reservations are not refundable due to weather conditions
- Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking and are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes made to your reservation after it has been confirmed may result in higher rates,
- Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 7 am
- No loud motorcycles, cars, trucks or other vehicles are permitted. We reserve the right to determine which vehicles are too loud
- NO pets & NO smoking inside any building
Minimum Stay Requirements
- Three-night minimum stay required for Heritage Trout Season Opener Weekend, Memorial Weeknd, July 4th Weekend & Labor Day Weekend
Required Deposits
- One night’s fee is due at the time of booking
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is 2 pm – Check-out is 12 noon
- EARLY ARRIVAL – Before 2:00 pm – $10 in addition to camping fee
Fee allows you to arrive anytime after 9:00 am and enjoy the amenities and facilities, does not allow you to occupy the site early - If planning to extend your stay, please reregister by 11 am
- LATE CHECK-OUT – After 12:00 noon – $10 fee
Must vacate campsite so it can ready it for next camper.
Fee allows you to stay on Campground property until 5:00 pm and enjoy the amenities and facilities, does not allow you to occupy On-site Rental Camper after 12:00 noon
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Refunds on deposits will only be made if reservation is canceled 10 or more days prior to the arrival date, less a $10 cancellation service fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days from arrival date will forfeit entire deposit.
- Sorry, since camping is an outdoor experience, no refunds will be given due to the discomforts of Mother Nature
Minimum Age Requirements
- By accepting a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you are
- 18+ years old for a campsite
- 21+ years old for camping cabins/on-site rental campers and you are personally staying on the campsite or in the camping cabin/on-site rental camper
Petiquette
- Make sure your pet is healthy and up-to-date on all required vaccinations, particularly rabies
- Remember to bring your pet’s proof of rabies vaccination
- Keep pet on a leash no longer than four feet and under control at all times
- Never tie pets to trees/posts/camping unit/etc.
- Pets should never be left unattended (that means in RVs, tents, cars, campsites, etc.) This tends to make them bark or dig which is unacceptable behavior
- Clean up after your pet whether on your site, along the road, around the lake, in the woods, etc. (Why clean up even in the woods? We want to encourage the wildlife to stay around.
- Do not put dog droppings in the fire rings
- Pets are not allowed in any building
- Pets are not allowed in playground or swimming area
- Pets that are unruly or display aggressive behavior will need to leave
- Camping Cabins – Up to two pets are allowed in the Camping Cabins. Pet Fee is $10 per pet per night,
- On-Site Rental Campers – Absolutely NO PETS in Rental Campers or on Rental Camper sites
If Renter arrives with a pet(s), Campground reserves the right to refuse rental. No refund will be given
A fee of $50 PER PET PER DAY will be charged to Renter’s credit card for any INFRINGEMENT
Although they’re your best friend and you can’t imagine camping without them. Next door to you might be a camper who can’t imagine camping with a dog or worse is deathly afraid of dogs. (You know, as you feel about spiders or snakes.) In a spirit of cooperation, we ask that you and your pooch abide by the following rules: Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations
Visitor Policy
Your visitors are welcome, but since they too will be enjoying our facilities, we have the following requirements
- All visitors must stop and register at the office before entering the campground whether in their vehicle or yours
- Upon registration, visitors will receive a hang tap that needs to be displayed on their rearview mirror
- Visitors must park in the “extra vehicle” parking area
- Visitors are not allowed to bring pets to the campground
Extra Vehicle Policy
- Limit of ONE VEHICLE per campsite, all others must be parked in overflow area beyond pool
- All visitors must park in OVERFLOW AREA beyond pool
Camping Cabin & On-Site Rental Campers Policies
RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND
HAVE A MASTERCARD OR VISA CREDIT CARD IN THEIR NAME
- PARKING POLICY
Limit of ONE VEHICLE per campsite, all others must be parked in overflow area beyond pool
All visitors must park in OVERFLOW AREA beyond the pool
