RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND
HAVE A MASTERCARD OR VISA CREDIT CARD IN THEIR NAME

PARKING POLICY

  • Limit of ONE VEHICLE per campsite, all others must be parked in overflow area beyond pool
  • All visitors must park in OVERFLOW AREA beyond pool

PET POLICY

  • Absolutely NO PETS in Rental Campers or on Rental Camper sites.
  • If Renter arrives with a pet(s), Campground reserves the right to refuse rental. No refund will be given
  • A fee of $50 PER PET PER DAY will be charged to Renter’s credit card for any INFRINGEMENT

SMOKING POLICY

  • Absolutely NO SMOKING in Rental Campers
  • A fee of $50 will be charged on Renter’s credit card for any INFRINGEMENT

AWNING POLICY

  • DO NOT ADJUST AWNING
  • Awning will be put up, taken down or otherwise adjusted by staff member only
  • Renter damaging awning will be charged REPLACEMENT FEE

DAMAGE POLICY

  • ANY DAMAGE TO RENTAL CAMPER WILL RESULT IN CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS PLUS $50 PER HOUR LABOR CHARGES

CHECK-IN TIME & CHECK-OUT TIME

  • Check-in is 2:00 pm Check-out is 12:00 noon
  • EARLY ARRIVAL – Before 2:00pm – $10
    Fee allows you to arrive anytime after 9:00 am and enjoy the amenities and facilities, does not allow you to occupy On-site Rental Camper early
  • LATE CHECK-OUT – After 12:00 noon – $10 fee
    Must vacate Rental Camper so housekeeping can ready it for next Renter.
    Fee allows you to stay on Campground property until 5:00 pm and enjoy the amenities and facilities, does not allow you to occupy On-site Rental Camper after 12:00 noon

CHECK OUT POLICY

  •  Rental Campers must be left NEAT AND CLEAN, AS YOU FOUND IT, INSIDE AND OUT
  • A minimum $50 CLEANING FEE will be charged on Renter’s credit card for any INFRINGEMENT

PLEASE NOTE

  • Subleasing Rental Campers is not allowed
  • Campground rules and regulations apply at all times while on Campground property
  • No refund will be given if Renter refuses to follow Campground rules and regulations and must be asked to leave early
